Having a quick break with a massage at work is well known to promote motivation and provide an opportunity for your staff to de-stress and re-energise. 

When you book in, we can offer 5 - 15 minute seated massages for each staff member, or we can bring along portable massage tables and up to  30 - 60 minute massage on-site. 

We can set up a separate area on-site  away from desks spaces, or we can provide roaming seated massage at the desk.

If you're in an office environment, we definitely recommend getting your employees away from their desks. This way we can create a relaxing and quiet space, with relaxed  background music to really help staff make the most of their downtime.
